Job Summary
An eCommerce company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Data Quality Programs Specialist in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being an expert in all of our business processes & software tools and their impact on the flow of data, and improving the quality of sales data
- Investigating data issues, perform root-cause analyses, propose and resource solutions, and establishing project requirements to project managers
- Providing best practices in data governance, policy definition, system enhancement recommendations, change management, and training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, accounting, audit, or another programmatic role
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Apps: elegant analyses and documentation
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Understand SQL: you can write basic SQL queries without support from others
