Job Summary
A data science and consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Data Science Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of data scientists evaluating, developing and enhancing solutions for omni-channel media targeting
- Apply eperience and knowledge of how to utilize data for decision making
- Provide project specific coaching and direction to junior data scientists, as well as career development support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or similar discipline
- Experience and knowledge of how to utilize data for decision making
- Experience developing analytic solutions to prove and improve the effect of digital media
- Knowledge of social media, TV tech platforms and owned media assets is a plus
- Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen; grocery and/or retail experience is a plus
