Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and maintaining analytic tools for the automaticity of analyses
  • Managing timelines and data expectations for research studies and analyses
  • Performing advanced queries on operational databases using SQL and other query tools as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using complex SQL queries
  • At least five years of full time experience in the use of scientific statistical software such as STATA, SPSS, and R
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Educational Research, or related field
  • Experience in innovative analytics
  • Work history showing a proven capacity for thought leadership in setting a data management agenda
  • Knowledge of psychometric methods and statistics
