Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Collect information on infectious disease outbreaks
- Clean and standardize large datasets
- Assist in ongoing evaluation of data
Qualifications Include:
- B.Sc. in biology or related
- Demonstrated skill in collecting and manipulating data
- Adept at sourcing information from multiple internet sources
- Significant experience using software such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and R
- Good understanding of infectious diseases and public health principles
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile development environment
