Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Data Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using mathematics, statistics, machine learning, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data
  • Involving in moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Generating new product requirements for the engineering group to enhance the analytics capabilities of the database

Qualifications Include:

  • 1 years technical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • A very strong traditional machine learning background with statistical modeling techniques
  • Experience working with and analyzing various types of data using Python
  • Skilled in obtaining data from multiple, disparate data sources
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
