Job Summary
A beverage company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Data Scientist in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Extracting and transforming data from multiple sources in preparation for exploratory data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Leveraging predictive and inferential advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
- Transforming model outputs into formats that are digestible to the end users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MS+ with concentration in quantitative discipline
- Advanced competency in working with time series data
- Strong data exploratory skills
- Understands how to break down the data, extract insights, and determine utility within larger data analytic products
- Knowledge of at least one approach to longitudinal inference/time series measurement
- Working knowledge of either Python or R, and competency in SQL
