Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Loan Services Customer Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requests
- Coordinating project Kick-Off Calls and Onsite Visit schedule of activities
- Promoting and selling Annual Support Agreements and Consulting Services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Project Management OR
- 3 years' experience in a Customer Relationship Management and/or Project Management capacity
- 1 year process development and execution
- Strong familiarity with project management
