Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Loan Services Customer Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requests
  • Coordinating project Kick-Off Calls and Onsite Visit schedule of activities
  • Promoting and selling Annual Support Agreements and Consulting Services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Project Management OR
  • 3 years' experience in a Customer Relationship Management and/or Project Management capacity
  • 1 year process development and execution
  • Strong familiarity with project management
