A data center and storage software solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Storage Designated Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Proactively seeking to understand customer expectations
• Providing a personalized support experience with every customer interaction
• Resolving and providing guidance for support cases based on severity

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in customer-facing, technical service work
• Three or more years of experience in a Technical Support Environment
• Proven ability to resolve customer problems, and issues utilizing appropriate internal and external resources
