Job Summary

A data warehousing, analytics, and outcomes-improvement company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Warehousing Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking internal progress on Post-Incident Reviews (PIR) and present the final report to the client
  • Assisting in internal education surrounding policies and procedures as they relate to issue escalation
  • Preparing and delivering professional presentations to management and business

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with using both the Azure DevOps and JIRA ticketing systems
  • Proficient in gathering technical resources to resolve issues
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Ability to understand how to translate between technical communication and client facing communication
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
