A data warehousing, analytics, and outcomes-improvement company has a current position open for a Telecommute Data Warehousing Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking internal progress on Post-Incident Reviews (PIR) and present the final report to the client
- Assisting in internal education surrounding policies and procedures as they relate to issue escalation
- Preparing and delivering professional presentations to management and business
Qualifications Include:
- Experience with using both the Azure DevOps and JIRA ticketing systems
- Proficient in gathering technical resources to resolve issues
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to understand how to translate between technical communication and client facing communication
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
