Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Database Administrator in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Learn and follow change control procedures for work impacting database availability
  • Maintain systems with routine work and regular patching
  • Support multiple implementations at various versions and support levels

Qualifications Include:

  • Typically has a solid IT background either through education or practical experience
  • Typically has a solid understanding of database concepts through course work
  • 3 years of practical DBA experience along with understanding of security principles
  • Experience with SQL Server, SQL Server intergration, reporting services, monitoring, recovery and availability
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of database environments supported
