Job Summary
An information technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Database Administrator in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing written and verbal feedback to customer stakeholders
- Improving database backups and test recoverability
- Monitoring ongoing operation of production and lower-environment database servers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Math/Information Technology, or equivalent
- Experience migrating to non-RAC to RAC configuration
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database
- Ability to write and maintain OS-level scripts (e.g., Linux)
- Working knowledge of MongoDB
- Understanding of Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) technologies
