Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Database Administrator in the Overland Park Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches
- Perform high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for the Teradata
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Kansas City office visits required
- Thorough understanding of Teradata Utilities used/supported
- 3 Years experience in Teradata Database Administration
- Expert knowledge of Unix/Linux Scripting
