A database company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Database Engineering Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of diverse engineering leaders
• Formulate long-term structure, objectives, and standards of performance
• Establish processes, infrastructure, and metrics

Qualifications Include:

• A track record of of software leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead high functioning software engineering and operations teams
• Experience building, testing, and operating complex, scalable, distributed systems
• Extensive people management experience
