Qualifications Include:
- Have built or contributed to a project like Apache Beam, Apache Arrow, Apache Flink, and Apache Spark
- Have built or contributed to a project like Druid.io query engine
- Have built or contributed to a project like a NewSQL query optimizer and an OLAP query optimizer
