Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute DE Mortgage Underwriter in Manchaca.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and analyzing the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness
- Reviewing all required loan data, reports, and inspections to ensure the collateral is acceptable
- Providing final approval underwriting of mortgage loans
Position Requirements Include:
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent, DE Underwriter required
- Must have mortgage industry experience
- Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance, and procedures
- High level of proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
