Job Summary

An automotive services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Dealer Vehicle Solutions Specialist in Rochester .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing basic mechanical checks on vehicles
• Partnering with sales in educating, selling and training customers on products/services
• Collaborating with customer account team to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
