Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Delegation Oversight Registered Nurse in the El Segundo Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interpret statistics and plan for actions taken to improve utilization management
- Design work plans and workflows to facilitate the audit, quality and cost of healthcare initiatives
- Assist in preparation of documents for CMS, DMHC, NCQA, and/or other regulatory audits as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to travel 20% within state
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Generally requires B.A. degree or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Current California RN license without restrictions and three to five plus years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
