Job Summary
A software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Delivery Manager in Arlington.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coaching and training team members on Fonteva methodology and processes
- Assisting in day-to-day activities of staff and communications with project teams
- Leading the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of the product
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technology environment
- 5 years of experience working with non-profits, associations, and/or fundraising organizations
- 3+ years of experience implementing Association management software
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
