A logistics technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Delivery Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Determining work volume, prepare work schedules & expedite workflow to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness within the department
- Assigning duties and reviewing work for quality, neatness, and conformity to policies and procedures
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent related experience and/or training
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, logistics, distribution, or related roles
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- Ability to develop & implement strategies to maximize employee performance & foster employee engagement
- Ability to effectively plan, manage, and communicate changes in processes with appropriate stakeholders
