Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Delivery Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the client billing/invoicing
- Ensuring all day to day production activities are operating at desired levels
- Monitoring overall health of production delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of project management experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good written/report writing and verbal communications skills
- Flexibility and ability to handle varied functions/conflicting demands
