Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Delivery Workforce Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time
- Collaborating with demand and supply Workforce and operational teams
- Providing written, visual, and oral communications to all levels of leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in service operations center, call center or Workforce Management
- 1+ years of experience managing projects
- 1+ years in using analytical and communication tools to present information
- 1+ years of experience working in systems administration or reporting is deisred
- Health care industry experience is ideal
