Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Telecommute Delivery Workforce Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time
  • Collaborating with demand and supply Workforce and operational teams
  • Providing written, visual, and oral communications to all levels of leadership

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in service operations center, call center or Workforce Management
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects
  • 1+ years in using analytical and communication tools to present information
  • 1+ years of experience working in systems administration or reporting is deisred
  • Health care industry experience is ideal
