Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Demandware Developer in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance tuning of Demandware eCommerce applications
  • Provide solutions to the technical issues faced by the team
  • Assist leadership with technical design by utilizing object-oriented design techniques

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong technical experience in production with Demandware /Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with web development including Demandware platform development, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML/5
  • Good understanding of object oriented programming, relational databases and build script
  • Able to document or review the various technical artifacts to ensure that they are following best practices
