Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Dental Field Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target-recruiting locations
- Assist with special recruitment projects
- Recruit and retain General Dentists and Specialists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- 5 years of experience in dental claims, provider relations or dental recruitment
- Industry knowledge of dental products, procedures and codes
- Must be able to influence key stakeholders and overcome their objections
