A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Dental Member Provider Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing an accurate and thorough explanation of dental plan benefits, claims processes, eligibility, and enrollment
• Resolving simple to complex problems for members
• Responding to current or potential members in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Dental Member Service Representative for a Dental Insurance Plan
• Must have strong technical skills
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
