Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Dental Plan Process Provider Relations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the provider network
- Providing all necessary follow up and resolution to provider inquires and concerns
- Educating and counseling providers on utilization outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel within assigned territoryis a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Minimum 3 years' of dental industry experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service or provider relations
- Minimum education level required is a Bachelor's degree; however, experience may substitute for education if responsibilities directly relate to the essential job functions
- Must have a valid Drivers License
