Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Dental Program Development and Operations Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop, translate and execute strategies or operational objectives for Dental line of business
- Direct others to resolve highly complex business problems
- Gather feedback from internal and/or external customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience managing a dental program
- 5+ years of experience managing clinical and non-clinical staff
- 3+ years of vendor management experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in management and implementation of Utilization Management
