- MS or MBA in Business, Technical, or Project Management discipline or equivalent
- Financial Industry knowledge
- 5-7 years direct experience as a Project Manager
- 7 years of hands-on project management experience of fast-paced, high volume AND
- High impact, complex and strategically important customer facing projects
