Job Summary
A user experience and interface design firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Design Director.
Must be able to:
- Co-Manage a +30-person design team and mentor our Design Leads
- Drive the overall Design team’s operations and strategy
- Vet, hire, and train new members of the design team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to client meetings
- Can work remotely but face time is important, whether that's video calls or occasional office visits
- You have previously led a team of product designers
- Strong understanding of product design
- Expert-level experience leading teams in UI/UX design
- All other requirements necessary to fulfill this position
