Job Summary

A marketing and brand growth agency has an open position for a Telecommute Design Director in New Haven.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the design team that delivers web designs
  • Staying current on design trends, innovations, and technological developments
  • Continually driving and evolving brand standards

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years graphic design experience in an agency, specifically including website design
  • Must have experience in an agile, rapidly changing environment
  • Must have a proven track record of leading a team of designers that did award-winning work
  • Must have a proven web design process
  • Must have a strong understanding web design best practices, including UX and SEO
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and solid working knowledge of CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Sketch
