An eCommerce company is in need of a Telecommute Design Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining and running the overall Design Operations practice
- Collaborating with designers, developers, researchers, and product managers
- Supporting the management team with effective team communication
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI)
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a digital producer, project manager or program manager
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience in agile practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
