Job Summary

A design collaboration company is seeking a Telecommute Design Practice Principal Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Delivering high-touch programs for our most strategic accounts
• Serving as the resident expert around how design practices are scaled beyond design departments
• Regularly attending in-person prospect and customer visits, leading senior level conversations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Openness to travel (up to ~50%)
• 5-10 years of working experience
• Experience leading design transformation programs across large organizations
• Practical business acumen and the ability to quickly transition between a business and designer mindset
• Fluency working with non-designers on design-related topics, especially Agile dev teams
