Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Design Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing insight, guidance, creative direction, and career mentorship
• Leading discovery and exploration of new product initiatives
• Recruiting, building, leading, growing, and retaining a diverse and inclusive team

Qualifications Include:

• Quarterly travel for in-person collaboration with your teams and peers
• 6+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Demonstrable success in creating
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentational communication skills
• A proven track record of hiring diverse teams
• Ability to speak the languages of business and design simultaneously and to mixed audiences
