Job Summary
A technology nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute Design Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing a vision and strategy for our design organization
- Managing and leading a team of 15+ service designers, UX/product designers, and design managers
- Contributing to organizational strategy and alignment as a member of our senior leadership team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 15+ years of experience in design, including managing a design team
- You are an experienced and inclusive design leader
- You are experienced with both service design and product/UX design
- You have some consultancy/agency experience
- You have experience managing those who manage others
