Job Summary
An information technology consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Desktop Support Analyst in Durham.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Set up and break down laptops and desktops in training or classroom settings
- Support the hardware, operating systems and NCFAST applications running on the laptops and desktops
- Troubleshoot end user computer related issues, reimaging PC’s, installing software, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years experience using remote control software to provide desktop support
- 3 years experience installing desktop computing hardware and software
- 3 years experience experience with microcomputers, local/networked printers, MS software, etc
- 3 years experience integrating knowledge and skills from a range of technologies
- 3 years experience independently resolving routine and non-routine problems
