Job Summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Telecommute Desktop Support Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically (tickets)
  • Educating end-users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel to company locations to assist with facility setup, support or maintenance, as needed
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military
  • 2+ years of experience working in a desktop support role
  • Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86
  • United States Citizenship
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
