Job Summary

A cloud native computing company has an open position for a Telecommute Developer Advocate.

Must be able to:

• Build and foster an external community ecosystem of influencers, meetups, and experts
• Help us grow and maintain a healthy user community by producing developer-focused content
• Participate in industry discussion taking place on social media

Required Skills:

• Experience developing in a modern software language
• An ear to the ground on all mediums whether it be Twitter, Slack, etc.,
• Experience publicly advocating an open source project and nurturing Open Source communities
• Involved with the Product/UX team to identify user personas, and convert problems to solutions
• A heavy track record of speaking at technology conferences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
