Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Development and Office Manager in Redondo Beach.

Must be able to:

  • Provide administrative support to Executive Director
  • Provide office management by supervising office equipment and supplies
  • Maintain and update financials in QuickBooks/Excel

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional travel within the Redondo Beach area and valid driver’s license is required
  • 3+ years of experience in development office administration
  • Associates degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to organize complex material and manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
