Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Development Coach Managing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advising a portfolio of regional development teams
- Building strong relationships and credibility with regions
- Providing ongoing coaching and support for regional development staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Up to 50% travel pending cadence of the year and candidate location
- 3 years of leadership level fundraising/development experience
- At least 5 years of work experience
- At least 1-2 years of management experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills and an ability to analyze and synthesize data from a range of sources
- Exceptional goal orientation with a proven track record of success and attention to detail
