Job Summary
A foster care non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Development Consulting Director .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic development plan
- Developing and enhancing partnerships with prospective funders to support fundraising and communication efforts
- Leading the development and submission of high-quality proposals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years relevant experience
- A demonstrated track record of success with increasing and diversifying funding streams
- Strong project management skills and good attention to detail
- Experience working with or a strong interest in causes supporting youth in foster care, low income youth or higher education
- Proven ability to develop and cultivate effective external relationships
- All other requirements necessary for this position
