Job Summary

A non profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Development Director in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Set annual and long-term fundraising goals and strategies
• Develop and monitor income and expense budgets
• Build relationships with key supporters and donors

Qualifications Include:

• Some travel will be required
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
• 5-7 years of successful fundraising experience
• 5-7 years of senior management experience in nonprofit environments
• Effective communicator who can communicate with all levels of staff
• Strong financial management skills
