Job Summary

A healthful non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Development Director in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fund development plan to meet strategic objectives and financial goals
  • Collaborate with ED, board of directors and leadership to prepare annual department goals
  • Oversee and research funding sources and trends in nonprofit development

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management or a related field
  • Advanced training in development
  • Minimum of 2 years of nonprofit experience, including demonstrated development leadership experience
  • Nonprofit experience managing in a Development program generating revenue of $5M or more
  • Emphasis on building a strong annual giving program
