A kids program is seeking a Telecommute Development Director in Wyncote.

• Developing and implementinh strategies for donor cultivation, solicitation and ongoing stewardship
• Holding primary responsibility for operationalizing annual fundraising plan
• Identifying and researching new prospects

Required Skills:

• 5+ year track record of successful accomplishments in fundraising
• Self-starter who is able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
• Pays meticulous attention to detail.
• Has excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
