Job Summary

A provider of cloud software for contact centers has an open position for a Telecommute DevOps Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and support global DEV and QA environments
  • Build the tools and systems that help DEV, QA and Operations teams
  • Learn new technologies and design/implement new solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of Linux/Unix System Administration experience preferably RHEL/CentOS
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python/Ruby scripting
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins and/or other CI/CD tool sets and frameworks
  • Strong experience with MySQL administration
  • Strong experience troubleshooting applications, systems and networking
  • Experience with virtualization solutions such as VMWare
