Job Summary

An IT development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute DevOps Engineer in Clearwater.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing technical architecture for cloud solutions
  • Serving as a technical SME for cloud services, providers, and platforms
  • Ensuring solution availability, performance, and stability are at scale

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel minimally if needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years building on AWS using EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Cloud Formation, etc
  • Understanding of DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking and security
  • DevOps experience with AWS CLI & Lambda; setting up alerting for Cloud components
  • Experience in video streaming, delivery products and troubleshooting codec
