Job Summary

A healthcare communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute DevOps Engineer in Rockville Center.

Must be able to:

  • Install, configure, document, and administer application, database, and web servers
  • Perform software upgrades including the planning, test, validation, and coordination with infrastructure
  • Perform health and performance monitoring, system tuning, and recommended configuration changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in an information technology, computer science, or related discipline
  • 3 years of experience managing and administering Microsoft server systems
  • 1 year of experience supporting developers and development environments using C#.NET
  • Knowledge of SQL administration, performance tuning, monitoring, and backup operations
