Job Summary
A logistics company is filling a position for a Telecommute DevOps Engineering Lead in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building a high-performing DevOps team to scale the company through a period of rapid growth
- Solving DevOps problems that are unique to the self-driving space
- Managing and extending integrations with logging, metrics, and alerting platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- 2+ years of experience managing infrastructure on a major cloud platform to support a fast-growing team.
- 2+ years of experience with a scripting language i.e. Python and Bash specifically
- Previous experience managing a small team focused on DevOps
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform, CloudFormation
