Job Summary

Software company is seeking a Telecommute DevOps Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing software technical support to developers and configuration managers
  • Communicating directly with customers via our support portal
  • Analyzing scenarios of software implementations and provide solutions for problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science / IT – or – equivalent experience
  • Trouble shooting skills with multi-threaded applications
  • Jenkins user
  • Measurable level of experience in multiple operating systems
  • Measurable level of experience with continuous integration
  • Measurable level of experience with Docker, AWS and Configuration Management tools
