Software company is seeking a Telecommute DevOps Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing software technical support to developers and configuration managers
- Communicating directly with customers via our support portal
- Analyzing scenarios of software implementations and provide solutions for problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science / IT – or – equivalent experience
- Trouble shooting skills with multi-threaded applications
- Jenkins user
- Measurable level of experience in multiple operating systems
- Measurable level of experience with continuous integration
- Measurable level of experience with Docker, AWS and Configuration Management tools
