Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommute DevOps Technical Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
  • Championing and advocating for Enterprise customers within the company
  • Helping Enterprise customers define IT and business processes that work well with CI/CD deployments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting experience with distributed applications
  • Jenkins CI experience required
  • Exposure to Docker, MicroServices, and Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Software design, development and deployment
  • Scripting / Automation
