Job Summary

A company offering a diabetes-based app has an open position for a Telecommute Diabetes Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support and educate users with all types of diabetes via web-message and phone
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related subject
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) in good standing
• Experience counseling people with Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes
• Knowledge of insulin and OADs
• Strong motivational interviewing skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
