Job Summary

A provider of health services has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Communications Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the expert for digital communication development and design
  • Support our email/SMS engagement campaigns through developing marketing and operational messages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools
  • Collaborate with other business area to understand and meet communication needs through multiple channels

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing development and design experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience email and SMS communications
  • Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, project managers, marketing managers, technical partners and other cross-functional teams
  • Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
