Job Summary
A provider of health services has an open position for a Telecommute Digital Communications Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert for digital communication development and design
- Support our email/SMS engagement campaigns through developing marketing and operational messages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools
- Collaborate with other business area to understand and meet communication needs through multiple channels
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing development and design experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience email and SMS communications
- Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, project managers, marketing managers, technical partners and other cross-functional teams
- Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
